during random though recently frequent times, my main menu's text turns white, no other option can be done (error messege whatever is pressed) and the phone does not recive incoming calls and acts as if it was closed, though it keeps the records of said calls in the call log. it returns to normal only after reseting with the stylus or removal of battery

i'v given the device for repair 3 times already this month alone, i had that issue before but not at such close gaps

have you encountered problem?, what couses it?, how can it be fixed?
