 Post subject: stereo adapter for plain headphones

Could anyone recommend working adapter I can purchase online? I've tried a couple in US. One lacks one channel and another results in mono playback. Obviously they had wrong wiring. I don't want to solder my own. Perhaps someone can recommend working one.
